Over the next month or two Uglie Carnie Longboards will be releasing its first batch of precision longboarding trucks. They will feature a bushing seat that hugs an eliminator style bushing in all the right places to create movement that keeps very true geometry but with cut outs to still allow it to deform sideways for a deep carve.
The high offset caster and locked in bushing seat makes for highly responsive carving but it quickly morphs into a speedboarders dream when flipped as the positive caster is placed in a trailing position providing more return to centre and reduction in right height.
This is the second prototype with wind in stub axle and a big reduction in weight.
The ball pivot pin fits into the matching UHMWPE cup to provide a low slop and very low friction connection.
This was the first prototype to test the bushing seat and geometry.
